I am literally in paradise. This place has all the things that I want. It would like to just stay here.
Since I left you at roadside Jesus I spent another uneventful night at an abysmal I-80 adjacent parking lot. It had these boots with flowers on the fence posts going for it though.
Rolled in to my real destination late in the afternoon because I had a bunch of meetings Monday morning. But I’m settled in and all unpacked and did my laundry. All the things that make it feel like home. There’s a grocery store right next to the campground so I already bought some fresh food. I’ll probably do that again before I leave since it is so convenient.
Tomorrow is my last full day here, then I will leave Friday but I won’t leave early. Friday night I’m just staying at a roadside because weirdly everywhere I wanted to stay was full. I didn’t want to stay here because it will get below freezing and I don’t have heated pipes.
