We were disappointed to realize that our last day, Monday, is a day when almost all of the museums were closed. We decided to visit all of the temples that we could. We also had a couple of errands to take care of – I wanted to find this herbal products shop and Jan wanted to locate the post office. But we worked that in around seeing many temples and having a marvelous lunch.
Finally we turned in our bicycles, stopped for a last cold drink and parted company with Jan. ree and I went to the train station via tuk tuk for our overnight sleeper train.
